No Returns or Refunds, and here is why.
At YourNeonSigns.com, every sign is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is placed. Please ensure all details, including size, color, and design, are correct before placing your order. Also, after your order is placed a representative will reach out to you go over all the details to ensure accuracy.
1-Year Warranty – Repairs & Replacements
We stand by the quality of our signs. If your sign arrives damaged or defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost under the following conditions:
- Damage Upon Arrival: If your sign is damaged in transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Warranty Coverage: Our signs are covered for one year against electrical or structural defects under normal indoor use. If your sign stops working due to a manufacturing issue, we will repair or replace it.
- Exclusions: Damage from improper use, mishandling, or modifications made after delivery is not covered under warranty.
Order Cancellations
Since our signs are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has started. If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
